Ingredients
- 1 Cup of Ice
- 25gms Naked Syrups Frappe Base
- 20gms Turmeric Powder
- 30mls Naked Syrups Vanilla Flavouring
- Coconut Milk
Method
- Fill 1 Cup with Ice & Float with Coconut Milk
- Add 25gms NS Frappe Base
- Add 20gms Turmeric Powder
- Blend for 30 sec & Serve
- Top with Whipped Cream [Optional] & dust with Cinnamon
Turmeric Coconut Energy Bites
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- ½ cup shredded coconut
- ½ cup almond butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 teaspoons NS Turmeric Powder
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Method:
- Combine oats, coconut, almond butter, honey, salt, vanilla extract and NS Turmeric Powder.
- Press into lined square baking dish and refrigerate for 30 mins.
- Cut into squares, or alternatively roll into balls, and refrigerate again for 30 mins to set.
