Gingerbread Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 pump (7.5mls) Naked Syrups Gingerbread Flavouring
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil and 1 egg

Method:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. In another bowl, combine milk, oil, and egg.
  • Add wet ingredients to dry, fold in gingerbread flavouring.
  • Pour batter into muffin cups and bake for 20-25 minutes.
