Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 pump (7.5mls) Naked Syrups Gingerbread Flavouring
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil and 1 egg
Method:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. In another bowl, combine milk, oil, and egg.
- Add wet ingredients to dry, fold in gingerbread flavouring.
- Pour batter into muffin cups and bake for 20-25 minutes.
